Acceptance of Terms

By using FlowNote, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts & Authentication

You must use a valid Apple or Google account to sign in. We do not store your password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the service, attempt to access data that isn’t yours, or disrupt operations.
• Do not upload illegal content or content that violates others’ rights.

Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of your notes. You grant FlowNote a limited, revocable license to process your content solely to provide the service (e.g., sync, search, reminders).

Privacy & Data Access

• We cannot read the content of your notes for any purpose unrelated to providing the service.
• Operational access is strictly limited and audited.

AI Processing

Features such as transcription, categorization, and semantic search may transmit relevant content to AI providers (e.g., Google, OpenAI, Anthropic) solely to perform the requested operation. We configure providers to disable training on your data where supported by their policies and settings.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be discontinued.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using FlowNote at any time; deleting your account will remove your notes after applicable retention windows.

Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
